Place underneath and do not extend beyond rear bumper, straight behind and without any obstructing articles, make sure not to change or remove any other original exhaust system parts.
Step 1: Cut old tailpipe behind the muffler, leave 3-4 inches for new tailpipe to plug onto.
Step 2: Plug onto old tailpipe as deep as possible and make sure lock tight.
Step 3: Start the car, remember to keep it is the parking gear, and step on the fuel pedal. If whistling is too loud, stop the engine, wait 5 - 10 minutes for the pipe to cool, and adjust it to a straighter position.
Step 4: After steps 1 - 3 have been completed, weld The ExhaustonatorTM on.
Add adapter and connect to the right position, use two pieces if old muffler is built with two pipes.
Results of the product will not show in emissions tests until 50 - 100 miles on open highway driving. |
